Located in the river Mersey. A Hydroelectric power station implementing sea heave generators floating at varied heights above the river bed. Energy is transferred from moving under currents and tidal range. The object is a curated set of exhibitional movements that reflect the meteorological conditions of the time. The device also acts as a visible energy consumption reverberator. Whilst low energy occurs in the city the device is fully inflated, when energy demands are high the object lays flat in a defensive stance. There is possibility for a higher energy demand within the city or for any other city that an archipelago forms reducing dependance on a singular mechanism.
